LYCON offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
LYCON does not offer exchanges on purchases made via the LYCON website.

We currently offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand.
Currently, we only ship internationally to New Zealand. We unfortunately do not offer shipping anywhere else around the world.
LYCON has distributors around the world, so we encourage you to contact your nearest international distributor for more information about the products they stock.
Australia
We offer a flat rate for Standard and Express shipping options, and free Standard shipping on orders over $75.
Standard Rate: $9.95
Express Rate: $17.95
New Zealand
We offer standard international shipping.
International: $29.95
Orders are shipped via Australia Post. All our standard orders are dispatched from our headquarters at 53 Bancroft Road, Pinkenba QLD 4008. Larger orders may be sent via a different courier if required.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after an order has been placed. Once it has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Within Australia
Standard: typically 2-8 business days.
[Rural/remote areas up to 12 days]
Express: typically 1-4 business days.
[Rural/remote areas up to 4 days]

New Zealand
Standard: 6-27 business days.

Yes, you can collect your order directly from LYCON Cosmetics at our head office in Pinkenba, Brisbane, during business hours - 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Choose the ‘Pickup in store’ option at checkout to access this option – you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included. All standard orders are sent via Australia Post.
To track your package, simply enter the tracking number into the Australia Post website, or click on the link in your confirmation email.
If you cannot see updates through the tracking link, please allow some time and try again. Sometimes there is a delay between creating the tracking number and Australia Post confirming the details.
Order confirmations are sent immediately after purchase. If you don’t see yours, it may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder—please check and mark our emails as safe.
