This is a great soother for when you have just waxed and you're a bit oowies. It really helps with smoothing out the bumps and encourage those stubborn ingrown buggers to come out. I've also been using it with the bump eraiser and both products go well together hand in hand. It smell pretty too!

It's my first time using this product and I can assure you it's one lifesaver. I always wax my bikini area, but I have a big issue with ingrown hairs. I tend to bother it too, hoping it would go away after but it always get worse... One time it was really gigantic and you could feel the skin underneath it so swollen. My wax lady suggested me the product and the first time I used it I already felt a relief... It's my 2nd day now, I spray it on twice a day and will do until it's gone. It's already improving, really happy about this product.

LYCON Ingrown-X-it Solution is a treatment for ingrown hairs that comes in a spray container. It claims to contain salicylic and lactic acids, to decongest and minimise the appearance of ingrown hairs as well as arnica and allantoin to soothe and stop irritation on the skin. Firstly, the spray on the bottle is a bit hit and miss. I found my spray nozzle very difficult to get a good decent spray mist. The spray comes out unevenly and sometimes delivers too much. After spraying, I then still have to rub it in and spread it to the areas I need which I find deletes the purpose of the spray. I suffer from ingrowns on my bikini line and legs so having a spray that isn't easy to use in these areas defeats the purpose. Maybe my spray nozzle was broken or faulty. Towards the end of the product, it was extremely difficult to use because of this. The spray claims not to sting or burn but on application to my skin, it stings. My skin is not sensitive at all but this does leave a sting on application. It lasts a few seconds , perhaps this is because I have to rub the lotion in slightly. I don't have any broken skin or issues either. In terms of my ingrowns, this does appear to make a difference with continually use. For me,it was only a slight difference and it did help to clear up some of the smaller ones I get over a period of a couple of months. The ingredients in this are strong and effective however the difference for me was only slight. This does exfoliate the top layer of your skin and you can get a bit of flaky skin. You also need to be cautious about the sun and protection if you are using this on exposed areas i.e. legs. I have personally used products that are creams, roll ons and pastes for ingrowns and I personally prefer these. They are easier to work with, give greater results and are more effective. I think this might be a good one to try if you haven't had success but I think the delivery method of this one leaves a bit to be desired and the formula doesn't appear to last on the skin. Overall I did notice effects but it took along time for me a few months.

I was amazed at how quickly this product worked. The solution contains active ingredients such as lactic and salicylic acid helping to eat away any dead skin, preventing the hair from coming through. It is also great for already existing ingrown hairs as it contains arnica and allantoin which are know to calm redness and soothe and inflamed areas Anyone that suffers from ingrowns must try this product! Will definitely continue to purchase in the future.
